Born and raised in Wilmington, DE, Dr. Conlin attended Ursuline Academy high school, and captained their first state championship basketball team.  From there, she studied at the University of DE, receiving a B.S. degree and starting four years on the varsity basketball team.  A M.S. degree from the University of Georgia was followed by a research biologist position with Diamond Shamrock Corp. in Cleveland, OH.  In 1984, Dr. Conlin began her dental career at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry.  After receiving her Doctorate in 1988, she completed a one year hospital-based dental residency at the Medical Center of Delaware.

 

Dr. Conlin began practicing with her father in his well-established North Wilmington office.  Her practice has grown a reputation for personalized service built on a relationship of trust.  She has blended the teamwork and perseverance skills learned on the basketball court with the attention-to detail learned in her research tenure to yield a lively, comfortable, ethical and technically sound dental practice.  Her long-standing staff shares her commitment to providing individualized attention to our patients.  As a team, we take pride in our history of serving multiple generations of families.

 

In her spare time, Dr. Conlin likes to spend time with her family in the outdoors.  Her favorite hobbies include basketball, hiking and backpacking, and cycling.  She coaches her daughters' sports teams, including being a Girls on the Run coach.  Dr Conlin also volunteers in the classroom and in church ministries.
